1. Grab the book nearest you. Right now.
2. Turn to page 56.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post that sentence along with these instructions in your LiveJournal.

Well, I am surrounded by books at my desk, but I didn't even reach up to a shelf. I really grabbed the CLOSEST.
The book is The Secret Power of Speaking God's Word by Joyce Meyer. The fifth sentence on page 56 is "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid." (Hebrews 13:6)
